Your customer service is excellent! You work to satisfy your customer needs and I appreciated that. The quilting job is beautiful. I got my son's quilt in less than 3 weeks, plenty of time before the graduation!
Even my 15 yr old son was impressed with the quilt you made for his brother. He commented on how nice it looked with the trim between each of the t-shirts.

I LOVE THE QUILT I ORDERED FOR MY SON'S COLLEGE GRADUATION.IT CAME OUT BETTER THAN I EVER IMAGINED.I DO HAVE 1 ISSUE ABOUT THE RUSH ORDER THAT YOU PROVIDE.I DIDN'T PUT A RUSH ORDER ON AT THE BEGINNING,THEN I CALLED ON MON APRIL 21TO CHECK ON THE ORDER(I NEEDED IT BY MAY 7)I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS READY TO BE DONE AND I COULD DO THE RUSH ORDER IF NEED BE.I DECIDED TO DO THAT AT THE TIME.I RECIEVED AN EMAIL LATER THAT DAY TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS READY TO BE SHIPPED ON MON OR TUES!!I AM WONDERING HOW IT WAS POSSIBLE TO BE DONE SO FAST?? I was a little nervous sending all of my husband's "prized" t-shirts from his high school and college running days, but the quilt looks great and I know he will be thrilled to be able to enjoy his momentos rather than having them packed away in a box!
